PAST EVENTS:
Indoor Recess – Ready, Set, Go!
We are so excited to share that on January 24th, PTO provided each classroom with a $40-$50 bag of indoor recess supplies selected by each classroom teacher. The bulk of items included legos, magnetic blocks, board games, card games, and other building toys. The winter season is long and we are happy to be able to help our children enjoy a break from studies to connect, play and socialize, even when the weather is yucky.
5th Grade T-Shirts
PTO is pleased to announce that we have gifted all 5th grade students a class of ’20 signed t-shirt. We are so proud of the work you have done over the past years and hope that you will remember your time at Robert Frost fondly.
Penguin Patch
Children at Frost eagerly shopped for little gifts for their friends and families this December. They bought pens, hats, notebooks, statues, jewelry, and more to give as gifts over winter break. This year’s Penguin Patch Holiday shop raised over $600 to support PTO initiatives this year. Thank you for allowing your children to participate in this exciting opportunity for them, which also supports our school.
Big Win at the Bake Sale!
Thank you to all those that donated, worked, or bought goodies at our October Bake Sale. PTO was able to raise over $600 to help keep field trip costs low and support other programs and initiatives. It was really a huge success!
Thank you to the nearly 70 families and teachers that came to our first Family Night Out at Culver’s on September 24th. We know many more zipped through the drive through and we appreciate that as well!
The raffle winner was Francisco from Mrs. Cruce’s Classroom. Congrats!
We loved spending the evening with so many Frost Families!
The imagine relay participation board was updated. Lots of classrooms had attendance last night.
Contact Michele Yanong at 847-302-2852 if you have ideas for upcoming Restaurant Nights or if you would like to volunteer at those events.
Family Literacy Night Was A Success!
Thank you to all that purchased popcorn and lemonade from the PTO table. We added $120.00 to the account to support school field trips this year.
